Terms & Privacy

These terms explain the rules for using EggyWall services and how information associated with your account and infrastructure is handled.

Effective: 7 August 2026
By creating an EggyWall account, purchasing a service, or continuing to use an EggyWall service, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service govern your use of websites, virtual private servers, network resources, APIs, control panels and other infrastructure made available by EggyWall.

You must only use EggyWall services in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your EggyWall account and any credentials associated with services under your account.

  • You must provide accurate information when required to operate or secure your account.
  • You are responsible for activity performed using your account or VPS credentials.
  • You must notify EggyWall if you believe your account or server credentials have been compromised.
  • Accounts may not be used to impersonate another person or organization.

2. VPS Services

EggyWall provides virtual private server resources including CPU, memory, storage, network connectivity and public IP addresses.

VPS instances may be provisioned automatically onto available infrastructure. The physical host assigned to a VPS may be selected by EggyWall's provisioning systems.

Unless explicitly migrated by EggyWall, a reinstall of a VPS does not represent a change of physical host. Reinstalling a server may permanently erase the contents of its existing virtual disk.

Reinstall, deletion and certain administrative actions can permanently destroy data. Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of data they cannot afford to lose.

Resource usage

CPU resources may be shared between virtual machines. EggyWall may take reasonable measures to prevent one service from materially degrading service for other customers.

Storage, RAM, bandwidth, IP addresses and other resources remain subject to the limits of the purchased plan.

3. Acceptable Use

EggyWall infrastructure must not be used for activity that is unlawful, abusive, disruptive or intended to compromise other systems.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access, credential theft or attempts to compromise systems you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Denial-of-service attacks or deliberate network disruption.
  • Pornography.
  • Deliberately attempting to bypass service limits, isolation mechanisms or security controls.

EggyWall may suspend a service where reasonably necessary to protect its network, customers or third parties while suspected abuse is investigated.

4. Payments

Services must be paid for before or according to the billing period shown when ordering.

EggyWall may use third-party payment processors, including cryptocurrency payment processors, to process transactions.

Payment processors may apply their own fees, confirmation requirements, exchange rates and terms.

Where cryptocurrency is used, the amount due is determined at checkout. Changes in cryptocurrency value after payment do not change the value of the service purchased.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or specifically agreed otherwise, payments for activated VPS services are generally non-refundable because infrastructure and network resources are allocated immediately.

5. Expiry, Renewal & Suspension

Services operate until the expiry date associated with the purchased billing period unless renewed.

When a VPS expires, EggyWall may automatically:

  • disable automatic startup;
  • shut down or stop the VPS;
  • mark the service as suspended or expired;
  • eventually delete the VPS and associated data after any applicable retention period.

Renewal may reactivate a suspended VPS if the server and its data have not yet been deleted.

Customers should renew services before expiry if continued availability or retention of data is important.

6. Availability & Maintenance

EggyWall works to provide reliable infrastructure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Downtime may occur because of:

  • hardware failure;
  • network or upstream-provider failure;
  • software faults;
  • security incidents;
  • maintenance;
  • events outside EggyWall's reasonable control.

Planned maintenance may be announced through the EggyWall website, customer panel or public status page where practical.

Backups

Unless a plan expressly includes managed backups, EggyWall does not guarantee that customer VPS data is backed up or recoverable.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.

7. Suspension & Termination

EggyWall may suspend or terminate a service where:

  • payment is overdue;
  • the service has expired;
  • these terms have been materially violated;
  • continued operation presents a security or abuse risk;
  • required by law or a valid legal order.

Severe abuse may result in immediate suspension without advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EggyWall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or unavailability of its services.

This includes loss of data, revenue, business opportunity or expected profit caused by downtime, hardware failure, software failure or customer configuration.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

This Privacy Policy describes information that may be processed when you use EggyWall websites, customer accounts, VPS infrastructure and related services.

  • operate active services;
  • maintain billing and transaction records;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • resolve disputes;
  • comply with legal obligations.

Deleted or expired VPS records may remain in internal logs or databases for a limited period even after the associated virtual machine has been removed.

Backup systems may retain copies for additional time before automatic expiry.

13. Security

EggyWall uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect customer information and infrastructure.

Sensitive service credentials may be stored in encrypted form where appropriate.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use unique passwords, secure their own VPS software, keep systems updated and avoid sharing credentials.

14. Your Rights

Depending on your location, applicable privacy law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of certain personal information.

Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud-prevention or security purposes.

15. Changes to These Policies

EggyWall may update these terms or this Privacy Policy when its services, infrastructure, business practices or legal requirements change.
